REACHING YOUNG AUDIENCES: THE FRAGMENTED MEDIA LANDSCAPE AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC SERVICE MEDIA

We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the EBU Knowledge Exchange 2014, which will take place on October 6 in Stockholm (Sweden) and hosted by the Department of Media Studies of the Stockholm University.

Presentation
The EBU Knowledge Exchange brings together EBU Members, media professionals and communication scholars, presenting a unique opportunity for ideas sharing and fostering new collaborative partnerships; building a bridge between the worlds of academia and media.

In this 2014 edition, the conference will focus on the effects of media fragmentation and the growing multiplicity of content and services on the behaviour of young audiences. The aim is to explore the opportunities for public service media to reach young people and remain a relevant point of reference in this changing media landscape.

Target audience

– Media and communications scholars
– Other media professionals in fields relevant to the event theme

We are very pleased to announce our two confirmed keynote speakers:
